Christina Nouveau has many passions in life and art expression is her favorite, which echoes the lighter side of life. Rust, sticks, wire, wood, and primary colors explode onto canvas and wood. Rusted found objects and old wood are turned into rustic versions of their painted sisters. The placement of black words on white parchment, writing soft words, hard words, but always words with poetic soul flow into her art. Wirework that takes shape as flowers, seed pods, and baskets are another avenue of expression. With her camera always in hand, she captures moments which are then turned into greeting cards and collages.
