Chalda maloff
"I create my digital paintings using a combination of freehand electronic tablet drawing and my developed complement of digital techniques. I use no photographic process.
I print my images with archival pigment inks on gloss art paper, face-mounted to museum quality 3/8” acrylic. I rework the digital file between prints, yielding variations within an edition variée so that each artwork is unique."
Chalda Maloff's digital paintings have been featured in galleries and museum collections nationally and internationally. Her work is held in public collections and has been presented in numerous shows across the US and as well as in Spain, Japan, Cuba, Mexico, and Argentina.
To hear her describe her work is a most fascinating experience. She often speaks to standing room only audiences across America about digital painting,
And, to be with her work, to study the colors and her paintings, to take in the clarity of her choice of acrylic presentation, is to travel in both imagination and expertise.
